Who we are
An engineering house, not a labour supplier
Premier Plant Services & Engineers Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1985 in Chandrapur, Maharashtra, and has worked continuously on live power and process plants since. The company holds its own engineering team, instrument laboratory, fabrication shop and site machinery — so a scope is delivered by people who already know the plant.

Where we work

Power generation, heavy process industry, aviation, defence, railways, solar and public infrastructure — the sectors Premier's site teams and specialist services are deployed into.
Thermal power generation is Premier's founding discipline. The company operates and maintains complete BTG and BOP systems, coal and ash handling plants, and switchyard electrical equipment, and commissions new units through to handover. Work spans subcritical and supercritical units from 135 MW through 660 MW.
Energy capabilityPremier maintains coal handling plants at cement works, supports raw material receipt and handling facilities at steel plants, and executes electrical scaffolding and substation works in refinery environments. Process plant work demands the same discipline as power station maintenance, applied to different equipment.
Steel & Cement capabilityPremier provides facility management and airside services at Indian airports — terminal complexes, ancillary buildings and integrated ESS systems — along with operational area and runway grass cutting. The company also delivers complete facility management at an MRO facility inside a SEZ.
Aviation capabilityPremier has executed production-related ordnance activities at the Shell Forge Section of Ordnance Factory Ambazari, Nagpur, under contract to the Government of India, Ministry of Defence. Work in defence establishments requires disciplined access control, documentation and adherence to establishment procedures.
Defence capabilityRail logistics sits at the centre of coal and material movement in Indian industry. Premier executes railway track earthwork including excavation and backfilling, operates coal wagon unloading, and maintains the estate and material handling infrastructure of container terminals.
Railways capabilityPremier's documented solar scope covers ground-mount PV farms, rooftop applications, off-grid and on-grid systems, and lighting systems, supported by the same civil, structural and electrical execution capability applied across its other sectors. Consulting and sustainability planning are offered alongside construction.
Solar capabilityPremier manages facilities where plant-grade discipline is applied to institutional and public infrastructure — terminal complexes, MRO facilities, steel plant townships and airport buildings. Scope covers housekeeping with mechanised equipment, pest control, landscaping, security, estate maintenance and asset management.
FMS capabilityPremier builds and maintains the civil and structural infrastructure that industrial facilities depend on — foundations and plant buildings, roads and drains, pipe and cable racks, substations and transmission structures, and the water and material handling systems that serve them.
Infrastructure capabilityMaterial handling is a defining Premier capability. The company operates and maintains coal handling plants and ash handling plants as annual contracts, including housekeeping, and provides OEM support for coal, fly ash, bottom ash, limestone and bed material handling systems — the equipment chain that determines whether a plant can sustain its rated output.
