Beyond routine maintenance, Premier operates a documented portfolio of specialist technical services — the diagnostic, testing and intervention work that keeps critical plant equipment reliable and reveals faults before they become failures.
Electrical diagnostics include dissolved gas analysis, transformer oil analysis and filtration, thermography, relay testing, transformer SFRA and Tan Delta testing, CT/PT/LA Tan Delta of 220 kV switchyards, cable fault location up to 33 kV, OFC fault location and splicing, breaker servicing and testing, and online partial discharge testing of switchboards.
Condition monitoring and mechanical support cover motor current signature analysis, vibration monitoring, hydraulic torque and flange facing, online PSV sealing and testing, and OEM support during troubleshooting of gas turbines, HRSG, gas booster compressors, steam turbines, UBs and CW systems. Non-destructive testing including RT, HT and DP is executed after hot work with testing equipment arranged by Premier.
