What we hold

The plant, people and engineering behind the contract

Premier's ability to take a scope as a contract — rather than supply labour to someone else's — rests on four things it holds directly: engineering disciplines, a technical workforce, an instrument laboratory, and its own fabrication and earthmoving machinery.

A note on how this page is written. Premier holds comprehensive plant, machinery and manpower, and its documentation describes some of that inventory as tentative and project-dependent. Rather than publish counts that could not be verified line by line, this page sets out the capability itself — the disciplines employed, the ranges the plant can work to, and the trades held under licence. Confirm current availability of any specific item with Premier at enquiry stage.

Capability is only useful if it mobilises

Premier's engineers, trades, laboratory instruments and machinery are held and maintained in-house. That is what makes a shutdown window achievable and an annual maintenance contract sustainable — mobilisation does not wait on hired equipment or subcontracted trades.
