Premier revamps and overhauls old and existing industries and power plants, extending the working life of assets that remain central to their owners' operations.
Electrical overhauling covers rewinding and overhauling of generators and transformers, transformer core lifting and internal inspection to diagnose fault conditions, on-site OLTC repair and overhaul, and the overhauling and repair of both HT and LT motors. Transformer oil filtration and rewinding of HT and LT motors are also undertaken.
Mechanical overhauling includes condenser overhaul, overhaul, testing and tuning of control valves, mechanical valves, PRV, PCV and PSV, and motor operated valve repair and overhauling — the work that determines whether an ageing plant can keep running at rating.
