Structural steel framework and conveyor gantry under erection viewed from below
Premier's mechanical scope covers structural steelwork and the erection of the heavy equipment that defines a plant — towers, chemical vessels, large storage tanks for fuel and water, and overhead and D.M. water tanks on M.S. structures.
Piping capability includes C.W. piping at internal diameters of 2.6 m, 1.8 m and 700 mm, and high-pressure pipelines in both IBR and non-IBR categories. Trusses, ducts, stacks, flues, bins, hoppers and low-pressure vessels are fabricated and erected as part of the same scope.
On-site fabrication and erection extends to structural platforms, handrails, walkways and gratings, along with pipes, fittings and supports — the detail work that determines whether a plant is maintainable in service.
